Venus [morning star] (2010) – Swiss premiere [invitation]

Dear friends, you are cordially invited to an exciting concert by Ronan Gil de Morais, taking place on Monday 9 December 2019 at 20:15 CET: 40 Jahre Sixxen, featuring the instruments that Iannis Xenakis devised for the movement Métaux of his composition Pléïades (1979).

Gil de Morais and friends will play several compositions for Sixxen instruments, newly built by LUNASON, Basel. The concert also includes the Swiss premiere of Venus [morning star] (2010) by Rozalie Hirs. The location is Großer Saal at Musikakademie, Basel. With special thanks to Sarah Brabo-Durand. Welcome!
